Where It All Began

Sajaao is the vision of Swadeo Design Private Limited, shaped by two generations united by creativity and purpose.

Shailesh Vedpathak, the Founder & CEO, brings over three decades of experience in fine arts and design. He saw the gap — fine artists with no steady platform, and millions of homes without access to original art. 

Joining hands with him is Om Vedpathak, a young design student and Director at Swadeo. At just 20, Om played a pivotal role in shaping Sajaao’s digital-first strategy and building a platform where art, technology, and purpose converge.

Together with a Sajaao team, they envisioned a model where every painting is original, and every artist has a sustainable path to practice their craft. Sajaao bridges this gap with art that’s deeply rooted in Indian expression, yet tailored for modern living.

A Studio, Not a Marketplace

Unlike platforms that sell mass-produced or printed art, everything at Sajaao is painted in-house. Every artwork is painted in-house by our dedicated team of fine artists, led by our in-house Creative Head. These artists aren’t freelancers — they’re full-time creators with space, resources, and creative freedom to do what they love most.
