We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle orders, delivery, and shipping fees. 

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: Once your order is placed, we begin processing it within 2-3 business days. This includes verifying your details and carefully packaging your artwork. Please note that if your order includes custom framing or special requests, the processing time may take a little longer. 

Delivery Time: 

  • Within India: We aim to deliver your artwork within 8-10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. 
  • International Shipping: For international orders, delivery usually takes between 7-14 business days, depending on your country. Delivery times may vary due to customs or other factors beyond our control.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey until it reaches you. 

Shipping Fees 

Shipping fees are inclusive of the order price (only applicable to selected cities in India) mentioned on our website at the time of checkout. However, in case of the return/refund, the shipping fees will be deducted from the order price/refund amount. While we work to keep shipping fees inclusive of the order price, the shipping fees would reflect along with the destination and weight of the package in the invoice. We strive to provide you with the best possible shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your artwork. 

Packaging & Care 

At Sajaao, we take great pride in the quality and condition of the artwork you receive. Each piece is carefully packed in protective materials to prevent any damage during transit. We use high-quality packaging to ensure that your artwork arrives in perfect condition, whether it's a delicate canvas or a trammed piece. Your order will be securely wrapped and padded to avoid any mishaps during shipping. 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments 

While we make every effort to ensure a smooth delivery process, sometimes things can go wrong. If your order is last, damaged, or delayed, please reach out to our customer service team right away. 

Lost or Delayed Shipments: if your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we will investigate with the courier service and keep you updated. 

Damaged Goods: In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either replace the damaged item or offer a full refund, depending on your preference. 

Customs & Duties (International Orders): For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. 

Shipping Address & Accuracy 

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delivery delays ar additional charges. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately to make the necessary changes.
