Refund policy

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, by providing a clear and continuous unboxing video of the Product/ Artwork taken at the time of opening the package on cutomercare@sajaao.com. This video must clearly show the original sealed packaging, the process of unboxing, and the damage or defect in question.


    In the absence of such an unboxing video, the Company reserves the right to reject the return request.

    Refunds, if approved, shall be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for further details. 

    Returns shall be accepted only in cases where the Product/Artwork is received in a damaged condition. 
  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct product at no additional cost.
  • Return Condition Verification: In the event of a return request due to a damaged product, the customer is required to provide a clear and continuous unboxing video as proof of the condition of the artwork/painting at the time of delivery as prescribed above. If the artwork/painting returned to the company is found to be in a condition that is significantly more damaged than what is shown in the submitted unboxing video, the company reserves the right to reject the return or refund request. In such cases, the customer shall not be entitled to any refund, replacement, or compensation. 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, reason for return and unboxing video as described above.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
  • Return Shipping: Ensure the artwork is securely packed to avoid any damage during return transit.
