Faces in Reflection

Faces in Reflection fragments a face into overlapping geometric planes in the cubist tradition, the whole composition worked in a single family of blue tones.

Keeping the palette to blue alone, rather than the bolder multi-colour treatment elsewhere in this cubist series, gives the fragmented features a calmer, more unified read despite the abstraction.

Its cool, cohesive palette suits a study or living room looking for a cubist piece with a quieter colour register. Under warm indoor lighting, the palette leans cosier, making the piece feel more at home in living and dining spaces.

Contemporary pattern work asks the eye to travel around the whole canvas rather than settling on one focal point - that requires a different kind of compositional balance than a traditional single-subject painting. Sajaao's artists design for that movement from the start.

What you're looking at is genuine hand-applied colour - layered, textured, and built up with visible brushwork rather than a flat surface. Free framing, secure packing and a certificate of authenticity come with it, ready to display with confidence. Sajaao artists work this composition entirely by hand in acrylic on canvas, so the finish carries genuine texture rather than a flat, uniform surface. Every order arrives with a certificate of authenticity, your choice of complimentary frame colour, and shipping packaged for safe transit.

Framing is complimentary and comes in Black, Brown or White, matched to your wall colour at no extra cost. Its rich, layered palette makes it a considered gift for anyone who appreciates original art - a housewarming, an anniversary, or simply a thoughtful addition to a space they already love. The acrylic surface asks for minimal upkeep: an occasional dry dusting and placement away from direct, harsh sunlight. It's delivered framed and ready to display.

The composition has enough going on to reward a longer look, without needing that longer look to make sense of it. It's built for a normal viewing distance - close enough to catch detail, far enough to read as a whole. Colour, composition and subject were all considered together here, rather than one element carrying the whole piece. It's a piece that earns repeated looks rather than one that's fully taken in on the first pass. The composition doesn't rely on a single focal point, so the eye has somewhere new to go each time you look at it. It's the kind of piece that different people in the same household tend to notice different things in.
