Stone Reach is a 48x30 acrylic original by artist Siddhesh Rane, a wide, layered rock-canyon composition in red, grey, and violet-brown, with pale cream and blue-grey stone shapes catching the light on the right side.
The canyon spans the full width of the canvas in distinct horizontal registers, red giving way to grey stone and then to a pale, almost violet-brown passage on the right. Pale cream and blue-grey stone shapes catch what reads as late-afternoon light, their edges built with confident, angular strokes that suggest fractured rock rather than a smooth cliff face.
The wide horizontal format suits the way the canyon unfolds left to right, almost like a slow pan across a landscape. Compared to the other horizontal canvas in this group, Horizon Fracture, this one stays entirely within the canyon rather than including any open sky.
Stone Reach reflects his consistent interest in rock and stone forms, rendered through layered, textural color rather than any single, identifiable place. It belongs to a wider group of 19 canyon and cliff-toned abstracts released together, several of which share this same underlying palette and technique. Its grey and violet-brown stone tones set it apart from the more uniformly red pieces like Distant Watch or Copper Divide elsewhere in the series.
